There are many things to consider when choosing a professional real estate agent.  You should look at experience, marketing approach and knowledge of the area. Is it limited to knowing the number of real estate transactions in the last year or is it knowing the people and businesses of the community and helping make the community a better place to live and work?

The Tuteur Team, Bob & Terry Tuteur and Jason Walker with RE/MAX of Marble Falls, are REALTORS® that are involved in the community and work towards improving the Marble Falls area.

 Bob, Terry and Jason are involved in governmental affairs and are members of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC).  As members of the organization, they have helped raise funds for candidates in local, state and national elections.  The TREPAC's goal is to provide support for candidates that keep the interest of the community and its economy in mind - which is important to the Tuteurs, residents and local business owners - for more than 10 years in the Marble Falls area.

Terry volunteers her time with the Marble Falls Noon Lion's Club.  This organization undertakes service projects including helping those in need and raising funds. Terry and Jason also keep the interests of local businesses in mind as members of the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce. Terry has been a guiding factor in the real estate industry during her tenure with the Highland Lakes Board of REALTORS® and as the 2004 President of the local chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. Most recently, Terry was elected in as the 2008 President of the Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®.

Bob, Terry and Jason are truly a part of the Marble Falls community.

 JASON

Jason Walker moved to Highland Lakes from Orange County, California in March 2006 and quickly worked into the position of Transaction Coordinator for Team Tuteur (Bob & Terry Tuteur).  Prior to moving to Texas, he was the Lead Sales Associate at D-Link Systems, Inc in Fountain Valley, CA. He brought aggressive sales and marketing experience to Team Tuteur. After learning the essentials of Real Estate he decided to pursue his Texas Real Estate License at the end of 2006. Jason met his State of Texas Real Estate Licensing Requirements through Texas State University, Texas Tech and Austin Community College.

 Jason is member of National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®.  He serves on the TREPAC (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee) and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Committee for the Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®. Not only serving on both Committees, but is also the Meeting Minutes Taker for both Committee’s and recently nominated to Co-Chair the MLS Committee.

 Jason is also an active member with the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce and has been involved with Walkway of Lights, Mayfest, Lakefest, Marble Falls Rodeo and Market Days.

Jason has served the last two years on the BIA of the Highland Lakes Committee for the BIA Home Products Show and was an active volunteer and participant for the 2007 BIA Fall Parade of Homes Tour.

Jason has continuous involvement with and volunteers for the Highland Lakes SPCA Animal Organization.

Most recently, Jason was an active member/volunteer and Logistics Co-Team Captain in The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Marble Falls
